Upgrade Maximo to the latest version
ISG has developed a unique approach to upgrading Maximo. Our specific, deliberately phased approach is guaranteed to minimize your risk. As we have learned over the years, each Maximo system contains unique characteristics that eliminate the possibility of you having the chance to choose a standard upgrade process for your Maximo system. In other words, we have developed the closest thing to a standard Maximo upgrade process. The good news is that we have eliminated the risk that your upgrade project will balloon out of control, as can happen if your system specifics (such as data migration quantity, data validity, infrastructure hurdles, etc) are not first identified, documented, and quantified.
We call this low-risk upgrade approach a Validated Project. The cost is tightly controlled so that your project budget remains valid, while a successful upgrade remains viable and highly successful.
Maximo System Improvements

Maximo System Support
ISG has developed a unique approach to Maximo System support that works in conjunction with the standard Maximo application support provided by IBM. We call our "Maximo System" support "TimeBank" since you simply purchase a block of hours and keep them in the bank until you need them. Once you find that an issue is not covered by IBM support (such as a quick training session or configuration issues that have been caused by your internal network or user community), then you simply go to the ISG support web page or send us an email. We will create a Case and assign a technician to help you, even if that means we need to log into your system remotely to find the cure. Our most successful Maximo clients utilize both the "application support" from IBM (for patches and free version upgrades), and additionally they subscribe to our "system support" to handle all those other support items that are not really a full project, but require external Maximo expertise nonetheless. The majority of our support work is performed remotely using a secure connection to your environment, and Cases are managed by our professional Maximo support team using the Internet or email.
